Full-Service Junk Removal for Homes and Businesses

Glencoe Junk Co handles residential and commercial junk removal across Glencoe, Illinois and the North Shore. Whatever the item, the answer is usually yes: furniture, appliances, mattresses, hot tubs, yard waste, construction debris, office equipment, and entire property cleanouts.

Every service below works the same way. You send a photo or describe the job, we give you a real estimate, and a crew confirms the final price on site before lifting anything. Labor, hauling, and disposal fees are all in that number.

The only things we can’t take are hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, and medical waste. For those, Cook County runs designated household hazardous waste drop-off sites.

Choose the Service You Need

Residential Junk Removal

Garages, basements, attics, closets, and whole-house declutters. We remove household clutter, old furniture, boxes, and seasonal items, then donate and recycle what we can. Best for spring cleanouts, downsizing, and getting a house ready to list.

Commercial Junk Removal

Office cleanouts, retail fixture removal, tenant turnovers, and warehouse clearing, scheduled around your business hours including evenings. We work with property managers, landlords, and small business owners across the North Shore.

Large Item Pick-Up

Single heavy items that won’t fit in a car or down a stairwell on your own. Sectionals, pianos, treadmills, safes, pool tables, and armoires, carried out and hauled off at a single-item price.

Mattress And Bed Removal

Mattresses, box springs, and bed frames removed and sent for recycling, where foam, fiber, and steel are separated and reused. Ideal timing is the day before a new bed is delivered.

Yard Waste Removal

Branches, leaves, hedge trimmings, sod, soil, and storm debris hauled away and composted. Useful when a landscaping project or a spring storm leaves more than Village pickup will accept

Appliance Removal

Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and water heaters removed and recycled, with refrigerants handled according to EPA requirements. We disconnect and carry out, you don’t touch a thing.

Furniture Removal

Couches, sectionals, dressers, dining sets, desks, and office chairs, from a single piece to a fully furnished home. Anything in usable shape goes to donation partners rather than the dump.

Hot Tub Removal

Draining, disassembly, and full removal of old spas and hot tubs, including the shell, cabinet, cover, and any surrounding decking pieces. Backyard access through gates and side yards is standard for us.

Estate Cleanouts

Complete property cleanouts handled patiently for families, executors, and realtors. We sort alongside you, set aside keepsakes, arrange donations, and leave the home empty and broom-swept for listing or closing.

Construction Debris Removal

Drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, siding, carpet, and remodel debris removed from active job sites. A practical alternative when a driveway, permit, or HOA rule makes a roll-off dumpster impossible.
