Home – Commercial Junk Removal
Glencoe Junk Co handles commercial junk removal for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, medical suites, and rental properties across Glencoe and the North Shore. We clear desks, cubicles, filing cabinets, shelving, fixtures, and e-waste, and we work after hours when a daytime crew would get in the way.
Property managers and landlords are a big part of our work. Tenant turnovers usually come with a deadline, so we schedule around your closing or lease date and clear the unit in a single visit whenever the volume allows.
Documentation is straightforward. We provide a certificate of insurance for building requirements, itemized receipts for your books, and disposal records when a tenant or franchise agreement requires them.
Desks, cubicle panels, chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables, monitors
Shelving, racks, mannequins, display cases, signage, fitting room fixtures
Tables, booths, commercial appliances, prep counters, dry storage shelving
Pallet racking, pallets, broken equipment, scrap metal, packaging waste
Abandoned tenant property, furniture, appliances, carpet, general debris
E-waste, printers, servers, cabling, boxes, old inventory
For larger jobs we’ll walk the space and give you a written estimate. For smaller clearouts, photos are enough. Either way it’s free and there’s no obligation.
We book evening, early morning, and weekend windows so removal doesn’t interrupt customers or staff. Loading dock and freight elevator coordination is handled in advance with building management.
The crew clears the space, sweeps it, and provides an itemized receipt. Office furniture in usable condition is offered to donation partners, and electronics go to certified e-waste recyclers.
COI provided for property management on request.
You talk to the owner, not a dispatcher.
Evenings and weekends at no premium rate.
Recurring or multi-unit work gets a standing rate.
E-waste to certified recyclers, usable furniture donated.

Yes. Send us your building’s requirements and we’ll have the COI issued to the property management company before the job date.
Most single units are cleared in one visit within two to four business days of approval. If you’re against a closing or lease date, tell us and we’ll prioritize it.
Yes. If you manage multiple properties on the North Shore we’ll set a standing rate and a direct scheduling contact so you skip the quoting step each time.
Desks, chairs, and cabinets in usable shape are offered to local donation partners and nonprofits first. Metal frames go to scrap recycling. Very little of a typical office load reaches a landfill.
Yes. Monitors, computers, printers, and networking gear go to certified e-waste recyclers. For drives with sensitive data, wipe or remove them before pickup, or ask us for a certified data destruction referral.
You’ve walked past that pile enough times. One call and it’s gone this week, hauled off by a local crew that donates and recycles first. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll give you a real price, free.
